My love and passion for horses started at a young age. I have been around horses my entire life. I’ve worked with horses in Israel, the U.K., Australia and New-Zealand.

Working with horses over the last few decades in different regions, climates, terrains and different equine industries from pony clubs to thoroughbred racing, has allowed me to learn and understand the different needs of individual horses.

From these experiences, I have learnt that like humans, each horse is unique, and each horse must be treated as an individual with patience and respect.

I have gained my knowledge through the teachings and experience of my mentors from all sectors of the equine industry and of course, from the real experts, the horse themselves.

I have been barefoot hoof trimming professionally in the Auckland region since 2003. I was originally located in the West Auckland area and in 2019, my wife and I relocated to Maungaturoto in the Northland region.
